Order Acceptance
Aarambha Jewels reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order in case of:

Damaged Products
If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear images and an unboxing video for verification.
Requests raised beyond 48 hours may not be eligible for resolution.
Missed Deliveries
Our delivery partners may attempt delivery multiple times.
If an order is returned due to failed delivery attempts, incorrect address, or non-acceptance by the customer, additional shipping charges may apply for re-dispatch.
