Returns
At Aarambha, we want you to feel confident about your purchase. If your order does not meet your expectations, eligible return requests can be made within 48 hours of delivery.
To request a return:
- Email us with your order number and clear product images within 48 hours of receiving your order
- Products must be unused and returned in original packaging
Requests raised beyond 48 hours of delivery may not be eligible for return approval.
Return Conditions
Returned products must:
- Be unused and in original condition
- Include original packaging
- Be free from damage, stains, perfume, or alterations
Products failing quality checks may not qualify for return approval.
Return Shipping
Customers are requested to ship approved return products back to us using a reliable courier service.
Return shipping charges will be borne by the customer unless the product received is damaged or incorrect.
Refunds
Once the returned product is received and verified, a coupon code equivalent to the eligible return amount will be shared for future purchases. The coupon code will be valid for 1 year from the date of issue.
Damaged or Incorrect Product
If you receive a damaged or incorrect product:
- Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery
- Share an unboxing video and clear product images for verification
After verification, our team will assist you with a suitable resolution.
Cancellation Policy
Orders can only be cancelled before dispatch.
Once an order has been shipped, cancellation requests will not be accepted.
